How fast will it actually arrive?+

Is there a subscription or any hidden fee?+

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?+

We photograph and weigh every package the day it arrives, so you can inspect it before shipping. Everything moves on trackable FedEx, and our team is on it if anything goes sideways.

What can't I ship?+

Air-freight rules bar a few things — loose lithium batteries, aerosols, weapons, counterfeits, alcohol, and tobacco. We flag them at checkout so there are no surprises.
